Greg has more than 27 years of experience in the construction and development industry. His experience spans all areas of design and construction management across a wide array of project types including commercial, multi-family, healthcare, educational, and industrial. As an owner of a General Contractor for the majority of his career, Greg was able to develop keen skills in the areas of project leadership, team facilitation and collaboration, schedule management, business strategy and analysis, and cost control.
Greg’s passion is facilitating a highly effective preconstruction process. He firmly believes that owners can realize the greatest value-add during preconstruction and focuses on a comprehensive picture of project goals.
John has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. For most of his career, John has been a business owner and successfully represented clients in the delivery of projects across a wide variety of sectors. From land acquisition through post-construction services, John has deciphered owner’s project needs and implemented strategies to meet those needs.
John’s strengths include effective communication and understanding and facilitating team dynamics. These attributes allow John elevate all team members into a cohesive unit that produces exceptional results for owners.
